Rant About — the hilarious game of social improv

Unleash Your Inner Loudmouth
The cards give you a topic to rant about and a perspective to rant from — then it’s up to you to think fast and make everyone laugh. Score points for the funniest rants, or skip scoring and just play.
- 2–8 players
- Ages 13+
- 30 minutes
- 250 cards

Two Decks. One Timer. Zero Dignity.
Every turn crosses a topic card with a perspective card. For example — straight from the manual:
Rant about…
kids these days!
From the perspective of…
an uncle who shows up uninvited to Thanksgiving dinner!
Now hold the floor until the sand timer runs out. Conviction beats correctness.

Fair Questions, Honest Answers
How many players do you need for Rant About?
Made for 2–8 players, and a round takes 30 minutes.
What age is Rant About for?
Ages 13+ — the rating we sell it under.
What comes in the box?
125 topic cards, 125 perspective cards, sand timers, a scorepad and a pencil.
How fast does it ship?
We pack every box ourselves and ship from the US to US addresses within 2–3 business days, and orders of $35 or more ship free.
Do we have to keep score?
No — the manual makes scoring optional. Award points for the funniest rant, the best character or using the full time, or skip it and just play the cards. The scorepad and pencil are in the box either way.
What if nobody at our table is a performer?
The cards do the hard part — they hand you a topic and a character, so nobody starts from a blank page. Each topic card carries four topics, rated from easy gripe to expert tirade, so there is a shallow end. Conviction beats correctness.
Is this one of your adult drinking games?
No. Rant About sits on the family shelf — a turn is one topic card, one perspective card and the sand timer, and there is nothing to drink in the box. Sotally Tober is the adults-only 21+ one, and it is a different box.
Can we see it played before we buy?
Yes — the how-to-play video is on this page, and the photo gallery shows the real components: both decks, cards mid-game, the box itself. Watch a turn before you decide.
